Sentence ending particle - ね - tag question (isn't it? right? eh?)

is a sentence ending particle that acts as a tag question used to get a response from the other person. This is usually to confirm or agree something what is said in the sentence. For example: これは美味しいです (This is delicious, isn't it?).

It can also be used to add emphasis to a statement or to get the attention of the other person.
